החלפות והחזרות

אנו פועלים על פי הוראות חוק הגנת הצרכן ומתחייבים לשירות הוגן ושקוף.

החזרות

ניתן לבטל עסקה ולהחזיר מוצר בתוך 14 ימים ממועד קבלת המוצר או ממועד קבלת מסמך העסקה – לפי המאוחר מביניהם.
ההחזר יתבצע בכפוף להצגת חשבונית או הוכחת קנייה.
המוצר יוחזר כשהוא באריזתו המקורית, לא נעשה בו שימוש ולא נגרם לו נזק.
ההחזר הכספי יבוצע באמצעי התשלום שבו בוצעה העסקה, בניכוי דמי ביטול הקבועים בחוק (עד 5% ממחיר המוצר או 100 ₪ – הנמוך מביניהם).
החזר כספי יינתן תוך 7 ימי עסקים ממועד אישור הביטול.

החלפות

ניתן להחליף מוצר בתוך 14 ימים מיום הרכישה, בצירוף חשבונית.
ההחלפה תתאפשר רק אם המוצר לא נעשה בו שימוש, לא נגרם לו נזק והוא באריזתו המקורית.
בהחלפה, תינתן אפשרות לבחור מוצר חלופי או לקבל זיכוי לשימוש עתידי.

במקרה של מוצר שנמסר פגום או לא תקין, ניתן להחזירו או להחליפו ללא עלות, ויינתן החזר מלא או מוצר חלופי – לפי בחירת הלקוח.
יש לפנות אלינו תוך זמן סביר ממועד קבלת המוצר, בצירוף תיעוד מתאים.

חריגים

מוצרים שיוצרו במיוחד לפי בקשת הלקוח (בהזמנה אישית/מותאמת) אינם ניתנים להחזרה או ביטול, אלא אם התקבלו פגומים או לא תקינים.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We operate in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and are committed to providing fair and transparent service.

Cancellation Period: You may cancel a transaction and return a product within 14 days from the date of receipt or from the date of receiving the transaction document, whichever is later.
Proof of Purchase: Returns are subject to presenting an invoice or proof of purchase.
Condition of Product: The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, minus a cancellation fee as stipulated by law (up to 5% of the product price or 100 NIS – whichever is lower).
Timeline: The refund will be issued within 7 business days from the date the cancellation is approved.

You may exchange a product within 14 days of purchase, provided an invoice is presented.
Exchanges are only possible if the product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Upon exchange, you may choose an alternative product or receive a store credit for future use.

In the event of a defective or malfunctioning product, you may return or exchange it at no additional cost. You will be entitled to a full refund or a replacement product, at your discretion.
Please contact us within a reasonable timeframe from the date of receipt, providing appropriate documentation/images of the defect.

Custom Orders: Products manufactured specifically according to customer specifications (personalized/custom-made) cannot be returned or cancelled unless they are received damaged or defective.
Used Items: Products that have been used are not eligible for return or exchange.
